Your Personal Assistant, LLC is owned and operated by Frank and Jean Ponteri. Frank and Jean have recently retired from the gaming industry after careers that spanned over 25 years. During his career, Frank worked in the areas of Table Games Management and Marketing. In these positions he was directly responsible for customer service and company asset security in his assigned area. His primary duty was to insure that all customer expectations were realized and assure a legendary experience for all patrons. He has received numerous awards for his outstanding customer service. Frank has held gaming licenses in New Jersey, Connecticut, and Illinois.
Prior to entering the casino industry, Frank owned a general contracting company specializing in custom built homes and renovations. He also holds a Commercial Pilot License and Flight Instructor ratings.
Jean Ponteri has also enjoyed and outstanding career in the casino industry. She was employed by Caesar’s Hotel Casino for seventeen years in the Food and Beverage department. After leaving Caesar’s, she went to work for Hollywood Casino and later Mohegan Sun Casino in the gaming department. Throughout her career she has worked directly with patrons visiting the property. She has been recognized by her employers on many occasions for her outstanding customer service.
