Service Fees
Our customers are charged an hourly fee for all our services. We charge only for our time and a portion of any mileage expenses that are incurred outside of our normal service area. In the event we perform a service that requires a payment to a third party such as a store, repair shop, contractor etc, we do not mark up the third party cost. You pay only the actual third party charge.

A la carte Prices
A one-hour minimum charge of $25 is required for all services. After the first hour, time will be billed in 15 minute intervals. Our hourly rate for all services is dependent on the service performed. Outside of our normal service area, mileage will be billed at the US Government approved business rate of 48.5 cents per mile after the first twenty miles. There will be no charge for travel time to or from your home or office within our normal service area.

Monthly Package
Our monthly membership plans offer substantial savings over paying the À la carte price. All of our plans are prepaid monthly. Time purchased must be used within thirty days from the date purchased and no refunds are given for unused time. The use of any one of our plans allows you to schedule any of our services efficiently so that you receive the maximum value for the dollars spent. We will be happy to design a monthly program that meets your specific needs and budget.

Silver Membership Plan

Three Hours - $71.25

We recommend this plan for those trying our service for the first time. This plan allows you to use three hours of any of our services as your needs may require. The time must be used in one-hour minimum increments.

Gold Membership Plan

Five Hours - $112.50

Designed to give you some flexibility if three hours may not meet your needs for a single service such as waiting for a service repair in your home.

Executive Membership Plan

Ten Hours - $212.50

This plan offers considerable savings compared to the À la carte price. The time may be used as you feel best fits your needs. Special Date Reminder, Scheduling of Appointments, and Household Research items are included free with this package.

President Membership Plan

Fifteen Hours - $300.00

Designed for people on the go, this is our best value. Not only do you have access to all our services at a considerable discount, you may use all of our Concierge Services free of charge. Special Date Reminder, Scheduling of Appointments, and Household Research items are also included free with this package.

Our Errand Service, Grocery Shopping, and Document Delivery services are all available for just $22.00/hour. Call for details.

Terms
Payment for all services is expected when the service is completed unless other arrangements are made in advance. We accept cash, check, or money order. Credit card payments can be made through our website. No mark-up will be added for purchases made on behalf of the client. Requests for purchases must be made in writing. Payment for purchases is required at time of delivery. Orders over $100.00 may require a deposit.
